I stumbled upon Thera through an online search when I finally realized that the loss of my younger brother was just too much for me to handle on my own. She is by far the best search engine result I've come across in my life. The grief recovery program she uses has helped me more than I thought possible. And in more ways than just dealing with the death of my brother. But I'm not sure I would have had such a successful outcome of the program without Thera. She was amazing to work with, I always felt comfortable sharing my thoughts. She was patient, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable & passionate. Thank you!

After the loss of a very close family member I was devastated. I could not think straight and I was racked with guilt and grief. I spent my days sobbing and forcing myself to eat. I didn’t want to be here any more. Then I got a recommendation for Thera Storm. I spoke to her, through sobs, and she listened so carefully and completely. I’d spoken with friends and family and while they did their best to make me feel better, I just needed someone to listen to the whole story without interrupting me with platitudes. I found that person in Thera. She listened and understood my grief. She never judged me or my emotions. Based on her experience she gave me things to think about between sessions, and her suggestions, insights and empathy always helped me. I have decades of experience with therapists because of my chronic depression. I know a valuable therapist when I speak with one. Thera is an outstanding therapist and I can not give her a high enough rating. Please reach out to her or her group if you are in pain.

I was literally inconsolable after the sudden loss of my husband/soul mate, who was also my partner care-giver to my 97 year old father. I went from a clear identity in our well adjusted, happy family of 3 to being alone and scared of my own shadow. Concerned friends recommended Thera; they were familiar with her success. I started this journey assuming I would be working on the feelings of grief I had over the loss of my mom 5 years ago to cancer. What I discovered was that I had other pieces of much larger grief and sadness wrapped up in being the mom of a special needs child. This recovery program is truly like nothing else I've ever done counseling wise and I'm thankful to Thera for her unconditional support and empathy during this process. Grief doesn't always = death. I recommend Clarity Corp as a safe place to share, to learn, and to heal. I was not someone who trusted or like the idea of going to a counselor. However, I am glad I went to clarity corp and spoke with Thesa. I learned a lot about myself and how I respond to grief and other stress in my life. Thesa is a safe none judgmental person who's goal is to help everyone that she meets. Every now and then I meet with her via web meeting, so during this Shelter in Place stuff, she has the option to meet with you safely.

I came to Thera Storm because I had heard about the Grief Recovery Method and I was grieving the death of my husband. Thera is compassionate and warm and funny. She gave me a safe space in which I learned a new way to see grief, loss, pain, forgiveness and apologies. She guided me to a completion of all of the unexpressed communications I was still carrying with me about my husband and his death. I have a new set of tools to use for the rest of my life. I initially started my journey with Thera to help with processing the tragic loss of my sister-in-law. I did the 7 week Grief Recovery Program and I was blown away by the revelations that came through working through the steps of the program. It’s a process I have now recommended to many! I realized the weight I was carrying around from previous unresolved losses and working through these made me understand myself better and has made me more able to process through my current pain. Thera is amazing and a wonderful coach/support to have by your side.

Thera really helped me through my grief and prepared me on handling future grief not only for myself but also to help support friends and family when needed. I know see things clearly vs. at the beginning I was clouded and unsure on what to do and how to handle my grief and the emotions and triggers that come with grief. I am no longer impulsive and take the time to slow down when I am confronted with difficult situations/decisions. Thera is the BEST!

The last 6 weeks have been a journey I have been destined to have for the last two years. After the death of both of my parents within 18 months I felt lost and disconnected. The Grief Recovery Process with Clarity Corps gave me a non judge-mental view into healing. It helped me recognize truths about grief. The 7 week experience was amazing! I was reluctant as most are .. thinking I could work through all things by myself . Ha ha! Needless to say I have stuffed a lot of emotions & needed some assistance in recognizing a few things . Thera is very experienced & talented in her field of grief counseling ! She is a very patient listener , empathetic & intuitive as you move along to help you recognize things & heal. I can’t say enough good things about her! She is very easy to talk too & has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend her.. She will not disappoint !

I went through the worst year of my life. The grief kept piling on and I desperately sought out help. Thera helped me come out on the other side in the healthiest, happiest way possible. I wouldn’t believe her when she said I could move on with my life without the pain from my grief. I’m shocked at how much mental and emotional garbage she helped me lay on her office floor. Life’s too damn short to not care about your mental health. Excellent! Exactly what I needed to help me move though the sudden death of my father. Thera Storm is thoughtful, empathetic, insightful and gentle as I process my grief and loss. I also liked the concrete exercises that helped me feel a sense of forward movement and relief one small step at a time. She is an excellent listener but also gives feedback and ideas of things to do. I highly recommend a Thera Storm for therapy and the Grief Recovery Program she led me though.

A friend who had worked through grief recovery with Thera referred me to Thera and the concept. It was new to me although I've been to support groups and counseling throughout my life. I was going through a tough time during the sessions and know for a fact that the work I did helped me through the current loss as well as helped me realize the grief work I needed to do for losses throughout my life. Thera is understanding, warm, caring, and also fun! Even though the group is over she checks in with me periodically. I know I learned skills that will help me with any losses that come up in the future because I learned to let myself feel the feelings and not just "buck up" and stuff things down. I'm healthier for it! Thank you Thera!!

Thera Storm led a group therapy this year that I was part of. I went in thinking I would deal with the end of a relationship. After one session with Thera I saw that I was going to deal with so much more. She led us through the Grief RECOVERY process, which included identifying the emotions associated with grief. This means I got to see that depression was not just something out of the blue! It was associated with grief! I got free from that. With this counseling method, I got the tools and opportunity to get complete with the relationship and create my own forgiveness and sense of compassion. And I get to bring all that to my next relationships! Thera is patient and calm, witty and real! She actually relates and connects with her clients like, you're real people dealing with very normal, sometimes chaotic, life events. Thank you so much Thera, I appreciate you. Update, in the group counseling I chose to work on my relationship with my dad. I thought getting to the source of male relationships would help gain some clarity. (Clarity Corp pun intended ;) ) I saw my dad this year and felt so much relatedness and connection with him. I got to see him as a person and not just my dad. Also, my ex (who's name I won't share) and I have re connected after a year and are exploring friendship based on respect and honesty. Thanks again Thera!

Thera Storm is a welcoming, professional, kind “heart with ears”. She doesn’t just listen but provides working activities to move past the clog in your life, with questions that point you in the right direction. I especially appreciate her humor, pathos and no-nonsense direction. Thera often says something that I say, “Oh, for certain” at the moment and then later I keep thinking about it and how apt it was. She’s very personalized and insightful, and I so appreciate the time I have spent with her.
